Finger On The Pulse Presents: A Dinner Party

risingtide

Recently, we got together with our friends from Finger On The Pulse at their schmancy new loft for a couple glasses of Manhattan Project. They were in the middle of planning a dinner party starring the talents of Chef David Colston from Carroll Gardens’ Prime Meats. Well why not pair David’s delectable meal with some of Garrett’s most inventive beers while FOTP lay down the soundtrack? Yeah, why not.  So, together we came up with what we’re sure will be a memorable beer dinner right here in the neighborhood.

Won’t you join us?

Here’s the nitty gritties from Finger On The Pulse:

Ladies and Gentleman, just because the summer is over, doesn’t mean that we are done with pairing great food & drinks with music.  We are happy to announce our very first dinner party, coming up on October 29th. The illustrious David Colston from Prime Meats will be presiding over the stoves, while Garrett Oliver from Brooklyn Brewery will be pouring delicious beers from their special (and unreleased) reserves for a five-course menu.  As always, Finger On The Pulse will be on the decks, pairing tasty tunes with delectable treats.  Hosted in a beautiful loft, this is a food event not to be missed.  Space is limited and going quickly, so please contact us at music@fotpnyc.com for reservation requests.
